Property Protection
Damage-free mounting. Non-marring, heavily padded custom backings and non-invasive tension rigging. Rare woodwork, historic plaster, and fine masonry remain entirely untouched.
Surface & sap protection. Every conifer element is backed and lined so raw greenery never meets a finished surface — mantels, hearths, and fine finishes protected.
Longevity
Harvested to order. Cascadian boughs cut to order from our partner farms, chilled in transport, bound fresh — peak moisture, fragrance, and color.
Treated to last. Natural anti-transpirant treatment holds deep green color and forest aroma through the season, with minimal needle shed. Your staff never maintain our botanicals.
Removal & Return
White-glove removal. Pre-scheduled post-holiday extraction: every bough removed, mounting cleared, your spaces restored to their original state.
Circular return. Removed boughs are composted back into regional soil — each season’s display returns to the earth.
The Estate Service Standard
Every engagement begins directly with the founder. A written proposal follows within 48 hours of consultation, detailing selections, placement, schedule, and terms. A deposit secures the reservation and remains fully refundable until production begins. W-9 and Certificate of Insurance are provided with the proposal, before you ask.
The wreath season runs November 1 – January 3. Estate commissions, including custom sizing, quantities, and bespoke design work, are scheduled in advance to your property calendar, with event-driven timing accommodated and delivery windows confirmed in writing. Early reservation is advised, as each season’s production is limited. Year-round rooted goods are scheduled to each harvest.
Hand-delivered within our service corridor by the founder, never drop-shipped. Fresh boughs travel in chilled transport and arrive within days of binding. Each piece arrives boxed in signature presentation and is unboxed, inspected, and placed on site.
Damage-free mounting as standard: padded hooks, ribbon-hangs, or existing hardware, with no penetrating fasteners unless your property directs otherwise. Placement follows the estate manager’s or designer’s direction; we arrive with our own equipment, work clean, and leave no debris. Completion is confirmed with photographs to your preferred contact.
Fresh-bound boughs are selected for display life through the season in covered exterior or interior placement. Care guidance accompanies every installation; should any piece fall below standard mid-season, we make it right promptly.
Scheduled takedown and removal are available at season’s close, with the property returned exactly as we found it. Preserved rooted goods require no removal service and keep their beauty across seasons.
Any piece that arrives damaged or not as described is promptly remade or replaced. Sovereign Fir operates under Schucker-Quinn Holdings LLC and carries General Liability and Errors & Omissions coverage; COI naming your property is furnished on request. Vendor onboarding, NDAs, and property-specific protocols are welcomed.
Our seasonal harvest is strictly limited in service of our soil stewardship goals. We accept twelve properties for comprehensive estate and venue staging each winter. Custom architectural designs begin with a private walkthrough to map weight distribution, height logistics, and rigging lines.
